Booking and attendance of the session is acceptance of NFlow Fitness's terms of service. All payments are via Zelle and are due upon receipt of invoice and before the session begins. All missed sessions with less than 24hr notice forfeits the session fee unless otherwise noted by the trainer. Please fill out any additional forms sent by hello@nflowfit.com before session.

Each session is 50 minutes and incorporates Yoga, Pilates and Functional Strength Training elements. Use of props such as long resistance bands, loop bands, Pilates ball, light/moderate/heavy dumbbells will be used. Please email Kara prior to booking to make sure we are set up for success.
