Custom create the workout you need with cues, tips and motivation from me! I craft premium workouts with the perfect blend of yoga, pilates and strength that you need to be in flow with your fitness goals. A one on one session is a great idea if you are new to fitness, new to yoga/pilates, trying to get over a plateau, returning from an injury, coming back to your workouts after having a baby, or just want more attention and personalization! All levels are welcome.
You must cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment start time to be able to reschedule your appointment at a later date/time. If cancelled after 24 hours before the start time, the appointment and fee are forfeited. If cancelled before the 24 hour window, you can reschedule your appointment online, or contact firstname.lastname@example.org to reschedule.
